Dave noted, “It’s alright, there’s a**holes everywhere you go.”“And by the way, if you saw, everyone in this crowd here told that guy to go f**k himself.”Watch (language warning):Barstool Pizza Review – Boardtown Pizza & Pints (Starkville, MS) pic.twitter.com/7lmZwqOw1j— Dave Portnoy (@stoolpresidente) November 10, 2025The Starkville Police Department was made aware of the video circulating online and issued a warrant.According to MSU’s student newspaper, The Reflector, Starkville PD shared in a statement, “Every person has the right to feel safe and respected in our community.”“Offensive words alone are protected, but when behavior disrupts a public event or risks violence, the Starkville Police Department will take steps to help maintain safety and security.”“The State of Mississippi allows courts to impose enhanced penalties if a violation meets the criteria for bias-motivated or discriminatory reasons.”“This remains under investigation.”McClintock was later arrested on a misdemeanor charge and subsequently withdrew from MSU voluntarily. The New York Post reports:McClintock, a junior and a mechanical engineering major at Mississippi State University, was hit with a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace following the hate-filled encounter. He voluntarily withdrew from MSU as a student on Monday afternoon after his encounter with Portnoy exploded on social media. In May, Portnoy was forced to address an incident at a Barstool Sports bar in Philly.A Temple University student receiving bottle service had the waitress carry a sign emblazoned with an antisemitic message, “F*** Jews.”Following the incident, he offered to send the people involved in the incident to Auschwitz, the site of the former Nazi concentration and extermination camp, to learn about the Holocaust. He shared that everybody involved on their staff who let this happen was fired instantly.“Let’s try to, like, turn a hideous incident into maybe a learning experience,” he said. The post College Student Unloads Profane Antisemitic Attack on Barstool Founder Dave Portnoy (Video) appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.
