Balogun stepped on Sangare’s ankle in a duel, giving referee Bastien Dechepy little reason to avoid giving him a card. Said would add his second goal of the night on the hour mark, padding the eventual victory for Lens. Despite scoring his third goal in his last four appearances at club level, Balogun will now receive a suspension for Monaco’s next Ligue 1 match at Rennes on November 22.The 24-year-old will first head off to USMNT duty this month against Paraguay and Uruguay.
