He was 44.His team shared that the actor passed away at his residence at Kodambakkam. The statement further read, “Abhinay had been struggling with liver-related complications for quite some time and was under continuous medical care. He lived alone after the passing of his mother and had recently sought financial support for his treatment.”After making his acting debut with Thulluvadho Ilamai, Abhinay went on to appear in over 15 films across the Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada industries. As per reports, comedian KPY Bala donated Rs. 1 lakh for his treatment, and Dhanush donated Rs. 5 lakh.Fans took to social media to mourn the demise of Abhinay.
