The two-day marathon event, organized by Sant Baba Paramjit Singh Ji and the Hansali Sahib Trust under the blessings of Brahm Giani Sant Baba Ajit Singh Ji Hansali Sahib Wale, was held in collaboration with Punjab Tourism, Paragon Senior Secondary School 69, Mohali, and the India Run Festival. The event aimed to promote a Drug-Free Punjab, raise cancer awareness, and honor the legendary centenarian runner S. Fauja Singh Ji.Over 4,000 runners participated in the four race categories — 5K, 10K, 21K, and 42K — showcasing an incredible spirit of unity, endurance, and purpose. Participants represented all age groups and genders, and all finishers were awarded medals for their participation. Winners in each category were recognized with trophies, medals, and cash prizes based on age and gender divisions. The cash prizes for the 10K category were ₹5100 for first place, ₹2500 for second, and ₹1100 for third; for the 21K category, ₹11,000 for first, ₹5100 for second, and ₹3100 for third; and for the 42K marathon, ₹15,000 for first, ₹10,100 for second, and ₹5000 for third.In the 42K male category (18–34 age group), Rahim KS claimed the first position with an impressive time of 2:45:40, followed by Dinesh Jangka with 2:49:20 in second place and Ragav Jot with 2:50:44 in third place. The atmosphere throughout the event was charged with enthusiasm and community spirit as runners crossed the finish line to loud cheers and applause.
