Infosys Buyback Record Date: Infosys had earlier announced that its board approved the buyback of up to 10 crore fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each, aggregating to Rs 18,000 crore. The buyback will be conducted via the tender offer route at a price of Rs 1,800 per share on a proportionate basis.
