On the auspicious Friday of Karthika Masam, Sri Durga Malleswara Swamyvarla Devasthanam, Kanaka Durga temple, Executive Officer (EO) V.K. Sheena Naik conducted an unexpected inspection of the facilities and arrangements at the Ghat Road area to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for the devotees.The EO reviewed several service points including the cloak reception, car and bike parking, cloak room, saree sales counters, pongal shed, phone deposit counters, and cool drink shops. He issued specific instructions to the Agile Security staff to remain alert and ensure that devotees do not face any inconvenience.AEO Vasu, Deputy Engineer Ashok, and other staff members accompanied the EO during the inspection. He directed officials to strictly comply with the guidelines issued and deliver satisfactory services throughout the festive period.During his inspection at the temple premises earlier in the day, Mr. Seena Naik interacted with the devotees and personally addressed their concerns. Noticing a differently-abled devotee waiting for darshan along with his wife, the EO enquired about their situation. The devotee, who had travelled from Narsipatnam, informed the EO that he had not yet been allowed for darshan. Responding promptly, the EO instructed temple officials to arrange immediate darshan for the couple and also provide them with free prasadam.Following the EO’s directions, temple authorities made special arrangements and ensured the couple had a smooth darshan experience.
