A mobile lounge at Dulles International Airport struck a dock on Monday, injuring at least 18 passengers. The 'people mover' was en route to Concourse D when the collision occurred. Passengers were evacuated via stairs and evaluated by emergency personnel, with 18 later taken to the hospital.
