Kotak Mahindra Bank will implement an SMS fee of Rs 0.15 per transaction alert starting December 1, 2025, with a free limit of 30 alerts monthly. This charge applies to various account activities like UPI transfers and ATM withdrawals. However, customers maintaining a minimum balance of Rs 10,000 (or Rs 5,000 for 811 accounts) will be exempt from this fee.
