Musician Sulaiman Ssebunya, better known as Daxx Kartel, has voiced his concerns about what he calls the “misplacement” of individuals in government offices and public institutions.Speaking in a recent sit-down interview, the Baala hitmaker argued that Uganda’s governance challenges stem largely from putting the wrong people in positions of authority.I always keep on telling you that the biggest challenge we face in Uganda is misplacement. There are very many people in roles that they shouldn’t be.
