The self-confessed gym freak, Sidharth, said that one can find gym selfies in his phone’s photo gallery along with pictures of his and Kiara Advani’s newborn daughter. “Definitely gym selfies or videos. And the pictures of my new, little, precious baby girl that we have,” he said, adding, “we just keep admiring her from different angles and see who she looks like.”During his conversation with CurlyTales, he also revealed what he is secretly good at — “Trying my hand at wood fire oven,” he quipped.Decoding his morning routine, consultant dietitian and diabetes educator Kanikka Malhotra said drinking ghee with warm water is a scientifically interesting practice rooted in both traditional Ayurveda and modern nutritional science. “Ghee, a clarified butter rich in healthy fats, butyric acid, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, plays a significant role in supporting digestive, metabolic, and cognitive health,” said Kanikka. She added that consuming it with warm water on an empty stomach gently stimulates digestive enzymes, which helps the body metabolise food more efficiently throughout the day. “Butyric acid nourishes the cells lining the gut, reduces inflammation, and supports healthy bowel movements, which can ease common digestive issues like constipation. Contrary to the belief that fats cause weight gain, moderate intake of ghee can help mobilise stubborn belly fat by increasing metabolism through CLA and providing lasting satiety, thus reducing cravings and emotional eating,” said Kanikka.Beyond digestion and metabolism, ghee is also valued as a brain tonic in Ayurveda, Kanikka pointed out. “It’s healthy fats nourish neurons, improve memory and concentration, and have calming effects on the nervous system.”Additionally, the antioxidants and fatty acids in ghee contribute to skin health by promoting cell regeneration and hydration, giving a natural glow. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Curly Tales Middle East | A Fork Media Group Co.
