I love my Samsung Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum, but this $150 accessory drove me crazy

Wait 5 sec.

We all love Galaxy phones here, but I didn't expect a vacuum cleaner to become one of my favorite Samsung devices of 2025. And yet, the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra exceeded my expectations and earned a place in my hall of fame. However, it's not all roses. As much as I appreciate how convenient cleaning has become since I got the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum, I have to admit that the experience has also been more than frustrating in one particular regard. And it's probably not what you think. The source of my biggest frustration has been Samsung themselves and a Samsung accessory rather than the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra vacuum. I'm talking about the Spray Spinning Sweeper accessory. Here are three reasons why I think Samsung really dropped the ball with this one.Reason #1: I can't find this accessory at my Samsung e-shopI was lucky enough to buy the near-complete Bespoke AI Jet Ultra package in my region, where Samsung sells the vacuum with extra accessories, save for one. The Spinning Sweeper accessories, with or without the Spray functionality, weren't included. These are sold separately. Well, they are sold, in theory. That's where my problems began. I've never seen these Sweeper accessories available at my local Samsung e-shop yet, despite the fact that the shop is selling Sweeper mop pad consumables. So, no matter how much I'd like to give Samsung more money to complete my Bespoke AI Jet Ultra experience, I can't.Reason #2: My vacuum isn't mentioned in the compatibility listFor prospective buyers in many other markets, both the Spray Spinning Sweeper and the regular Spinning Sweeper accessories are available for purchase through the Samsung e-shop.But here's where I think Samsung dropped the ball big time. Neither accessory is listed as being compatible with the Bespoke AI Jet Ultra, or even the Bespoke AI Jet Lite. Both vacuums are from 2025. Bespoke AI Jet Ultra review In theory, the Spray Spinning Sweeper, at the very least, should work with the AI Jet Ultra and Lite, as the accessory it was released for the original Bespoke Jet a few years ago.But that's more like information through word of mouth. I couldn't find any concrete confirmation that the Spray Spinning Sweeper works with the 2025 Ultra or Lite models on any of the Samsung e-shops I've visited. At the worst, if these items are incompatible, some average consumers might buy the Sweeper accessory blindly and find out the hard way. And if they are compatible, some consumers might refrain from buying the accessory because Samsung failed to mention the 2025 models in the compatibility list.Either way, it doesn't look good, and I think Samsung should have done better.Reason #3: The negative reviews are through the roof everywhere I lookedLast but not least, I visited Samsung e-shops in several regions to check for Spray Spinning Sweeper availability and compatibility details. And I never found a portal where this accessory had a positive review bias. Most customers complain about one thing in particular: the spray functionality doesn't work. This likely happens for two reasons. Either the Spray Spinning Sweeper has an unbelievably low quality, especially for a Samsung product, or the accessory is not compatible with the vacuum cleaners that most people own. See Reason #2.Whatever the case may be, this experience has pretty much convinced me that buying this $150 accessory would be a bad idea. I may still want to buy it from the position of a SamMobile member, but not as an average consumer.Unfortunately, this experience also highlighted how hard Samsung can drop the ball sometimes, particularly when it comes to its home appliances. The company is doing a much better job avoiding confusion with TVs and soundbars nowadays, but other device categories still seem to run into issues and create confusion. Samsung can still work on these shortcomings, and I hope it will make things easier on customers with its 2026 lineup. Need a powerful new vacuum?
