Ensure that if you are travelling to or via Delhi, your vehicle meets the requirements. Failure to comply with the rules may invite penalty for you.What are GRAP-3 restrictions?GRAP-3 refers to a 9-point action plan implemented to bring down pollution. The GRAP-3 restrictions were imposed in Delhi on Tuesday, owing to the deteriorating air quality.
