Realty firm Gera Developments will invest Rs 1,100 crore for a new housing project in Pune. This marks the company's entry into wellness-centric homes. The first project will feature around 1,000 flats. Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan is the brand ambassador. Gera Developments plans six more such projects in the coming years.
