I was trying to flash Pixel Experience but sadly I tried doing so from TWRP instead of the specially developed Recovery. So It bootlooped but it had recovery and download mode. But it was in download mode from TWRP, I was downloading the software to flash but it was taking its time so I decided to reboot it and turn it off but it stopped going into download mode and now just shows Entering fastboot mode… with the three dots.
