Chelsea are set to finalise the loan moves of Mike Penders and Kendry Paez to sister-club Strasbourg.The Ligue 1 side has been a regular destination for Chelsea loanees with Andrey Santos, Djordje Petrovic and Caleb Wiley all spending the 2024/25 campaign with Strasbourg. The 19-year-old is set to be followed by Paez, with discussions between the teams ongoing over a loan move for the teenager.
