The Srikalahasti police on Tuesday nabbed a notorious thief involved in house break-ins and recovered stolen property worth ₹27 lakh.The accused identified as M. Suneel (29), resident of Nellore, allegedly resorted to at least 28 house break-ins pertaining to police limits across Kadapa, Badvel, Nellore, Renigunta and so on. “He had even served jail sentence in the past, but continued to commit break-ins without any remorse,” said Superintendent of Police (Tirupati) V. Harshavardhan Raju.After the recent spate of crime incidents in Srikalahasti, Thottambedu, Gudur limits, the police zeroed in on Suneel and nabbed him at his Nellore residence.
