To mark five years of NEP 2020, the Centre will unveil a new binary accreditation model for higher education—institutions will be classified as either 'accredited' or 'not accredited', replacing graded rankings. A ‘Bharatiya Bhasha’ translation tool bypassing English, and a Centre of Excellence in AI for education will also be launched, alongside infrastructure upgrades in school education.
