I mean, I don't really see the issue here? Nor any choosing beggary. Personally I wouldn't buy a second hand click floor but unless it's noticeable worn it's quite cheap for that amount of m2. Also, pulling a click floor up for reuse would require much more care than if you're going to throw it away as you risk destroying the click system so I don't think it's that unreasonable to ask for the buyer to at least help with the removal either.
