(AP Photo)In order to ease the humanitarian crisis in Palestine, Israeli military on Saturday said that it has resumed aid air drops in Gaza amid mounting international pressure over aid blockade in the region as aid agency leaders criticised Israel’s aid air drops into Gaza as a “grotesque distraction” that will not reverse the territory’s deepening starvation crisis.The Israeli military announced aid corridors for the United Nations aid convoys delivering aid in Gaza and said that “humanitarian pauses” would be implemented in densely populated areas in Palestine.The aid air drops announcement came after ceasefire talks being held in Doha between Israel and Hamas militant group broke off with no truce in sight.Israel must allow aid in over land to end the starvation unfolding in Gaza.
