Six people were killed and several others injured in a stampede at the Mansa Devi temple in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, on Sunday. The incident took place on the staircases along the road leading to the temple, NDTV reported.Garhwal Division Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey said a large crowd had gathered at the site when the stampede occurred.
