If the PM says something, then he (Trump) will start talking openly. And he will tell the whole truth. What is happening now is that he (Trump) is saying all this because he wants his trade deal. He will pressure them there and you see the kind of trade deal that is finalised.”Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge told reporters: “I had said yesterday that by the end of my speech, the count (of Trump repeating the claim) will increase to 30. The US President kept saying this again and again, but they don’t have the courage to say that he is lying…. ‘Dal mein kuch kaala hai’, that is why they are not saying anything.”Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said “words used by the PM and the External Affairs Minister are vague”. “Rahul ji said yesterday also, he (Modi) should say the US president is lying. He should say it in Parliament,” she said.Stay updated with the latest - Click here to follow us on Instagram© The Indian Express Pvt Ltd
