Charlamagne tha God defends Trump over Epstein, forgets Bill Clinton is no longer president

Wait 5 sec.

Charlamagne tha God thinks the “liberal media” is too hard on Donald Trump over Jeffrey Epstein and hasn’t held former President Bill Clinton, another known Epstein associate, to the same standard. This news comes in comments Charlamagne made on the July 29th episode of The Breakfast Club. He said, “It’s funny how the news works. Bill Clinton wrote a letter to Epstein for his birthday, but nobody’s talking about that He added, “Epstein had a picture of Clinton in a dress, in high heels,” referencing a painting of Clinton that Epstein had in his home, depicting the former president in a blue dress and wearing red high heels. The Clinton painting artist, Petrina Ryan-Kleid, has stated that the dress refers to the infamous blue dress associated with Monica Lewinsky, whose affair with Clinton led to Clinton’s 1998 impeachment scandal. “Clinton is not the president” CHARLAMAGNE SLAMS EPSTEIN DOUBLE STANDARD AGAINST TRUMP: "It's just funny how the news works. Bill Clinton wrote a letter to Jeffrey Epstein as well for his birthday – but NOBODY'S talking about that." pic.twitter.com/1OwJwd9pa0"Jeffrey Epstein had a picture of Bill Clinton in…— Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) July 29, 2025 On the July 29 Breakfast Club, Charlamagne’s guest, Morgyn Wood, responded to Charlamagne’s claim that the media has been too easy on Clinton. “Clinton is not the president… He would still be under scrutiny if he was the president,” Wood said, but Charlamagne was unmoved. “No, he wouldn’t — liberal media wouldn’t push the issue,” he responded. “My thing is this, I don’t care who is on the list,” Charlamagne added. “Everybody gotta go. Burn it all down. It’s as simple as that. Mutually assured destruction. Whoever is on that list needs to go. Nobody needs to be protecting pedophiles. I don’t care what party they are.” “Trump campaigned on releasing the files” Clinton is not POTUS trying to keep the list from coming out. Everyone knows Clinton is on the list he has no power over releasing it— Shawn (@Shawnryan96) July 29, 2025 The Wall Street Journal also reported that Clinton had a letter in the book collected for Epstein’s birthday, along with Trump’s explicit letter. Clinton’s connection with Epstein has also been heavily reported over the years, and Wood’s point stands that if Clinton were president, he may be held to the same scrutiny. Moreover, Trump built his campaign stoking conspiracy theories about Epstein, and many members of his administration promised to reveal the truth once he was in office, making the sudden denial that much more notable. Nor is Clinton actively trying to conceal whatever documents there are that might link him. One social media response pointed this out, stating, “Trump is the president. Clinton is not president. The Epstein scandal was unknown in the 90s. Trump campaigned on releasing the files. So release the files. We don’t give a s—t if Clinton is on it, too. Again, release the files. And STFU, Charlamagne.”
