Positioned within the IT Enablement & Operations team, this Expert-level role combines deep technical leadership with strategic vision to operationalize and scale GenAI capabilities across the organization. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of GenAI platform management—from governance and infrastructure to user adoption, innovation enablement, and impact tracking.
