Just like Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary event a few years back, guests will be given a large amount of time to celebrate Disneyland’s birthday, with the event expected to last through summer 2026.Disneyland is chock-full of unique experiences that are only available during its birthday, with special shows, food, and merchandise all on the menu. One of the coolest new additions to the Disneyland Resort so far has been the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade.This colorful, fun parade debuted on May 14 and has been an incredible addition to Disneyland. Guests can catch the cavalcade during the day at 1:30 p.m. or 2:45 p.m.However, guests won’t be able to catch it for much longer, as Disneyland has revealed the cavalcade’s final day.Last Call for Celebrate Happy Cavalcade at DisneylandCredit: DisneyRelated: Wild Squirrel Incident Shuts Down Iconic Space Mountain at Disney WorldAccording to the official Disneyland Resort website, Celebrate Happy Cavalcade’s final performance of the season will be on August 21. The show will be replaced by the Mickey and Friends Halloween cavalcade as part of Disneyland’s annual Halloween festivities.These two cavalcades cannot operate on the same days because Celebrate Happy uses the same floats as Mickey and Friends.Disneyland’s Halloween party officially kicks off on August 22 and lasts through October 31. Just like the resort’s 70th anniversary, guests can expect to find all kinds of fun, limited-time events and activities, only this time slightly more spooky.The main event is Oogie Boogie Bash, a separately ticketed after hours event that lets guests keep the party going long after the parks close for regular visitors.Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Walt Disney World’s annual Halloween event, also kicks off soon.
