Back in December 2022 the IFRC Disaster Response Emergency Fund (DREF) allocated CHF 549,318 for the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society to implement early actions to reduce and mitigate the impact of drought in Zimbabwe. The early actions to be conducted were pre-agreed with the National Society and are described in the Early Action Protocol EAP2022ZW01 Activation_Zimbabwe_Drought.pdf The EAP was activated on 24 August 2023.The outcomes of the early action activation were reported in the activation final report EAP activation report].This final report provides a final overview of any activity and expenditure incurred since the early action activation was published until the end of the EAP timeframe.
