Disneyland Resort has officially removed the former Tortilla Jo’s building from the virtual map of Downtown Disney, signaling the beginning of a significant transformation in the district. Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon will offer a classic steakhouse experience with a menu featuring prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches, and salads, complemented by an extensive selection of bourbon and inventive cocktails. The restaurant will also feature a center bar and a warm, sophisticated ambiance.Adjacent to Arthur & Sons, Pearl’s Roadside BBQ will provide a quick-service dining option inspired by modern barbecue and traditional North Carolina cookouts.
