Hammett’s Collection has launched its latest restaurant concept, Radish by Hammett’s, in St Julian’s.The venue blends elements from Italian trattorias and the French Riviera, aiming to provide an all-day dining experience with a modern approach.Radish serves different menus throughout the day. During daytime hours, it offers freshly baked bread, sandwiches, seasonal salads, and office lunch options. In the evening, the focus shifts to aperitivo culture, handmade pasta, and cocktails.“Radish is all about familiar, wholesome food that celebrates top ingredients from France and Italy — uncomplicated and affordable, yet deeply satisfying,” said Chris Hammett, founder and director of Hammett’s Collection.The restaurant’s design features soft beige and green tones, a terracotta ceiling, wooden tables, and striped fabrics. The terrace area includes sofa seating and dining tables.Drinks on offer are described as rooted in classic spirits, using fresh ingredients. Cocktails include options such as spritzes and Negronis.Radish is available for dine-in, delivery through platforms like Bolt and Wolt, and corporate orders.•
