One of Battlefield 6's most powerful gadgets for the Assault class, the Weapon Sling, is being changed due to it "intruding upon class identity," Battlefield Studios has announced.Battlefield 6 returns to the franchise's classic class system, and that includes class-specific gadgets that make each role feel unique. A big part of the appeal of the Assault class is its ability to bring two primary weapons into the fray using the Weapon Sling, allowing the class to easily adapt to changing situations in a firefight.In an earlier Battlefield Labs playtest, Assault players were able to equip a second primary weapon of any type using the Weapon Sling.
