Yes, $50 complete.You need:A Raspberry Pi3 or Pi4.A suitable FreeBSD software load; you want something that is power-fail safe, thus built with Crochet. I've got one up here and if you are a Contributor you can access it here. (Unique to this one: It will boot and run on old Pi4s, new Pi4s and Pi3s. Note that it only sees 1Gb of RAM on the 4s but that's ok for this purpose; that's the price of one image working on the older Pi4 devices as well as the others.) You could also use the firewall load on an Intel/AMD box but (1) you need a GPIO or serial pin for the PPS signal and (2) that's wild overkill on cost for what this does.
