After the recent arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s, Joint Chiefs Chairman General Dan Caine disclosed the operation that took months of planning and numerous hours to execute. Speaking at Mar-a-Lago, Caine explained the mission as a joint attempt that involved all branches of the US military and intelligence agencies. Extensive preparation involved tracing Maduro to “understand how he moved, where he lived, where he traveled, what he ate, what he wore.”
