Wow, prices have gone up so high. Wish I'd purchased but woulda coulda shoulda. I didn't realize I could've paid off the entire loan once prices shot up. I didn't foresee prices shooting up til the zero down and flipper fad, and then I was the only one who thought they'd keep rising.
