Seahawks legend immediately ignores Manningcast warning during live broadcast before crediting mom for ‘Beast Quake’

Wait 5 sec.

Peyton and Eli Manning surely knew what they were getting when they brought Marshawn Lynch on as a guest on Saturday night’s Manningcast. In their simulcast of the primetime NFL game between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers, the legendary running back was on hand to watch his former team clinch the No. 1 overall seed in the NFC. Former Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch just couldn’t help himself on the ManningcastGetty - ContributorPeyton and Eli Manning had to issue a warning to Lynch ahead of his guest appearance on the ManningcastGettyBefore he could even speak a word, though, the Manning brothers had to hand Lynch a stark warning to refrain from the use of profanity words. “We had you on the show in season one and forgot to tell you, you cannot use profanity on air,” Eli Manning – who was celebrating his 45th birthday – began. “So, Marshawn, would you please promise not to curse tonight unless of course you’re cursing at Peyton. We all agree that it’s totally fine if you do that.”Lynch, with a huge grin on his face asked, “Well, you know I was about to ask, one of the first things I was gonna ask you was how much was that fine last time because I know they hit y’all with it?”View Tweet: https://twitter.com/MoneyLynch?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw“Expensive. You know Eli had to pay it, so it’s all good Marshawn, it’s all good,” Peyton joked.“Just to get things on the up and up, s*it, f*ck,” the former All-Pro running back replied. “Let’s just get it started, get it out there. Alright, now we got it out of the way.”Omaha Productions – founded by the former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos star quarterback – posted the clip on social media, and jested with the caption, “@MoneyLynch is just here so we get fined.”Only a few weeks earlier Amazon Prime brought the unapologetic Lynch on ahead of the Thursday Night Football clash between the Los Angeles Rams and the Seahawks. With him letting his words fly, the network had to censor the majority of his pre-game segment due to his choice language. From then on, Lynch did his best to keep his mouth in check to stop the Manningcast from getting in anymore trouble, as he watched on with current Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet chasing down his single-season rushing touchdown record. He did neither, recording 74 yards from 17 rush attempts as favorites Seattle triumphed 13-3 over the Niners to ensure that the NFC’s path to the Super Bowl goes through Lumen Field. Lynch credits his mom for the infamous ‘Beast Quake’Despite enjoying a 12-year career in the NFL, in which he recorded 10,413 career rushing yards and 85 touchdowns, as well as having an additional 2,214 receiving yards and nine scores, there was one highlight play which sticks out more than any other. The Beast Quake. During his prime years in Seattle, and his first season with the team after being traded from the Buffalo Bills mid-season, Lynch made an indelible mark on the NFL in the 2010 Wild Card game against the New Orleans Saints. In his first career playoff game, Lynch exploded for a 67-yard touchdown run, in which he broke nine tackles, whilst also stiff-arming Saints cornerback Tracy Porter to the ground before flying into the end zone. She was real fast, a 200-meter track runner. She had the record in Oakland for like 20 years.“When I wasn’t doing right and I thought I could run away from mom, she put them feet to the pavement and she would hawk me down, you feel me? So I had to get creative…“Mom, she ain’t no little lady. She’s like a linebacker. She’d get the truck and s***, so I had to stay sharp. I had to stay right and I been doing it from an early, early age.”Never change, Marshawn Lynch.
