Parties to the conflict must abide by international law, including in relation to the safety and security of UN personnel and premises.I renew my support for an immediate permanent ceasefire, the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages, and the rapid, unhindered, and safe humanitarian relief for all civilians in need.
