My cousin is like that. We have an agreement that If he has an emergency or me (medical or out riding bikes break down around town) we will go help each other out: take him to the Er, or pick up the bike and him BUT seems when I call: I get excuses. Happened a few times. It can be two days or more before he calls me back and like a dumb excuse. To me he is just selfish and dont want to deal with bad things but I never forget stuff like this. Whats that saying " you give a hand and they take an arm"
