In a video message circulated by Vaghela — who recently launched Praja Shakti Democratic Party, the third outfit he floated since his exit from the BJP in 1996 — stated although many friends have requested him to organise a get-together on his birthday on July 21, he has decided not to celebrate his birthday this time, considering the families of the victims of the bridge collapse and the air crash are still mourning the loss of their loved ones. “This day (birthday) will come again, but those who died won’t.
