I set off on my journey and very quickly realized something of a problem. Everything felt like it was just a quick stroll away, but in reality the plains I was on were vast, and it took a long time to make it anywhere of note. I thought my grove of choice was about half an hour of sprinting away. Twenty minutes later, I realized it would take a lot longer than that.Sighing, I slowed down to catch my breath. After just about a few minutes of rest, I felt as good as new. But I didn’t start running immediately. A thought crossed my mind—could I somehow use my [Plastic Body] to get there faster?Determined to find out, I started running. I tried making my legs more like springs. It worked a bit, but I was only about ten percent faster. Then, I tried to compress my legs a bit only to suddenly stretch them out when my foot landed. My first attempt sent me flying about five meters into the air before I came tumbling down.My shirt got a bit dirty, and my sword’s sheath fell off, but I didn’t care. I was grinning ear to ear. The following attempt was a lot less chaotic. I managed to direct the force forward. I tripped again, and then again, and again, but after a bit of practice, I got the hang of it enough to comfortably maintain a run at three times my usual speed. I felt like I was flying over the grass, and with more practice, that feeling only grew as I eventually plateaud at about a little over five times my regular full sprint speed.
