From wine and liqueur mixed cocktails, California Grill also has an impressive selection of alcoholic beverages for diners to try.For those looking to enhance their experience as much as possible, California Grill also features a $149 cocktail.The “California Grill Signature Cocktail” is a premium champagne cocktail mixed with Rémy Marin Louis XIII, a high-quality cognac that usually sells for $4,000 per 750ml bottle! This cocktail was introduced as part of California Grill’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Menu, which commemorated Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary.During a trip a while back, the Inside the Magic team tried this infamous cocktail. At the time, the cocktail was priced at $137. Overall, the drink was pretty good.The cognac was super strong and did alter the champagne taste, but overall, this is more of a fun, “special occasion” type of drink.
