This cocktail was introduced as part of California Grill’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Menu, which commemorated Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary.During a trip a while back, the Inside the Magic team tried this infamous cocktail. At the time, the cocktail was priced at $137. Overall, the drink was pretty good.The cognac was super strong and did alter the champagne taste, but overall, this is more of a fun, “special occasion” type of drink.
