Sunteck Realty Ltd has entered a Joint Development Agreement to build a luxury housing project on a 3.5-acre land parcel in Mira Road, Mumbai. The project, located on the Western Express Highway, is expected to generate a sale component of 5.5 lakh square feet RERA carpet area. The Gross Development Value is estimated at Rs 1,200 crore.
