Telecom companies and banks are collaborating on a user-friendly platform. This platform will empower consumers to manage their consent for commercial communications. Consumers can easily record, review, and revoke permissions for calls and messages. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is piloting this initiative. Major banks like SBI, PNB, and ICICI are participating.
