(File Photo)China’s industry ministry is planning to ban the resale of new cars within six months after their registration, an industry association publication said on Saturday, in an attempt to address sales of zero-mileage used cars.Auto Review, a publication run by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, reported the move in an editorial published on its WeChat account.
