Heavy rains triggered a landslide on the old track to the Vaishno Devi shrine in Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir, injuring four pilgrims. Simultaneously, another landslide on the Baltal route of the Amarnath Yatra in Ganderbal resulted in the death of a pilgrim from Rajasthan, raising the Yatra's death toll to 15.
