Things turned ugly when the store refused to issue any refund, and offered an exchange instead.The accused, identified as Sumit Sayani, slashed the lehenga in front of the shop’s staff and threatened them on July 19. “You’ll be ripped apart like this, too. Give me my money back,” Sayani was quoted as saying by TOI.The viral video shows Sayani arguing with the staff, suddenly pulling a knife from his pocket, and ripping off the lehenga.
