How do you handle and find out what the Client actually wants? Or how do you find out, what the Client thinks he wants? Is there a specific Procedere (Looking at their Website, their writing style in E-Mail, their talking style in Zooms)? Do you have tips on how to move on once the first „briefing“ is complete?
