From Monday, 15th September, all health services previously provided at the Raħal Ġdid Health Centre will be officially relocated to the newly upgraded Ċensu Moran Regional Health Centre. The transition marks a significant step in the national effort to modernise and centralise community healthcare.Authorities said the new centre will provide residents with improved access to medical care in a more spacious and modern environment. Patients who had appointments scheduled at the Raħal Ġdid facility are now advised to attend the Ċensu Moran Regional Health Centre instead. The relocation aims not only to improve day-to-day healthcare delivery but also to pave the way for future expansion. Officials confirmed that the upgraded facility will allow for better coordination among medical staff and create space for the introduction of additional specialised services in the years ahead. The government has positioned the move as part of its broader commitment to strengthen regional healthcare infrastructure, ensuring that communities across Malta have access to high-quality, modern services closer to home.•
