We're excited to share that AdGuard for Safari just got a huge rework and is getting ready to re-emerge as AdGuard Mini for Mac. It’s not just a fancy name change, it’s a significant level-up for ad blocking in Safari.Why “Mini”?The core power of our ad-blocking lineup are apps that offer system-wide filtering: AdGuard for Mac, AdGuard for Android, and others. At the same time, we also have products that use simpler technical approaches, and some users prefer them to full-fledged ones. This release brought an opportunity to clarify this difference on the product name level. Basically, while AdGuard Ad Blocker means apps with system-wide functionality, browser extension-based ad blockers will be now called AdGuard Mini.
