The upcoming crossover was leaked in a September 10 post by dataminer ShiinaBR. According to the insider, players will be able to purchase a back bling that features Isaac with interactive animations.For example, the Binding of Isaac back bling actually weeps when your character takes damage from an enemy. Hilariously, Isaac also gets happy whenever you open a loot chest. The leak also revealed that the Binding of Isaac Fortnite collaboration will feature other items from the game, such as a pickaxe based on Mom’s Knife. However, dataminers have revealed that it’s “coming soon.” Backing this up is that Isaac creator Edmund McMillen actually commented on the leak and confirmed that the collaboration is real. The indie developer also revealed that The Binding of Isaac Fortnite crossover would be officially announced by Epic Games on September 11, 2025.“Yes, the Binding of Isaac Fortnite is true. More news on release tomorrow!” McMillen also might have teased that the crossover will actually have two pickaxes. The creator retweeted a post that highlighted both “Knife” and “Fork,” which seems to hint at the rumored Mom’s Knife pickaxe featured in the datamine leak.Screenshot: XInterestingly, the social media post also brings up Isaac’s Fork.
