"RL#1" Act as Strong Resistance followed by "HZ#2". My personal Opinion Open should be Near "RL#1" if there is no major change in Geo-Political ground. Though as per rule i have to mention either "Long" Or "Short" and another one is "Neutral" But I think tomorrow MKT will be Long to Short basis with big Range.
