Lodha Developers and Maharashtra government signed a Memorandum of Understanding. They will establish a data centre park in Palava. The proposed investment is Rs 30,000 crores. This will come from Lodha and other data centre players. The project aims to create 6,000 direct and indirect jobs. Other companies like Adani and Reliance also signed investment MoUs with the state government.
