Apple just announced Apple Watch Ultra 3, which now includes 5G, up to 42 hours of battery life and satellite connectivity. It also has a slightly bigger display. It’s available for preorder today ahead of a public release on September 19th. It will start at $799 and come in natural and natural titanium.The new Ultra follows the Apple Watch Ultra 2, which Apple announced in 2023; the black version of the Ultra 2, which Apple introduced last year; and the original Apple Watch Ultra, which Apple launched in 2022. Apple’s Ultra watches are generally targeted toward athletes and sporty types, with features like big battery life (Apple promises up to 36 hours in “normal use” with the Apple Watch Ultra 2), bright displays, and improved GPS for tracking workouts.
