Walt Disney World Resort guests recently experienced a rare version of Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade after unexpected inclement weather suddenly threatened cast members and spectators across Magic Kingdom Park. Magic Kingdom Park management monitors the weather forecast and usually makes a park-wide announcement about any changes before the parade begins.However, during one recent Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Walt Disney World Resort cast members were reportedly taken by surprise by a sudden thunderstorm rolling in.
